Minister Paula on “Who Jesus Is”

I am The Bridegroom. – Matthew 25:10 (Amplified)
…but while they were going away to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were prepared went in with him to the marriage feast; and the door was shut.
As the bride of Christ, receive his love today!
I am the Lord who heals. – Exodus 15:26 (Amplified)
…saying, if you will diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord your God and will do what is right in His sight, and will listen to and obey his commandments and keep all his statues, I will put none of these diseases upon you which I brought upon the Egyptians, for I am the Lord who heals you.
Let the Lord heal you completely today!
I am the Wisdom of God. – I Corinthians 1:24 (Amplified)
…but to those who are called, whether Jew or Greek (gentile), Christ [is] the power of God and the wisdom of God.
So my dear friends, if it is wisdom you need, let’s talk to God about it. He has promised us in James 1:5:
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given.
Receive Christ into your heart today and you will receive the one who is the wisdom of God!
I am the lifter up of your head. – Psalm 3:3 (Amplified)
…but you, o Lord, are a shield for me, my glory, and the lifter up of my head.
Let Jesus Christ lift you today!
I am the Deliverer. – Romans 11:26
…and so all Israel will be saved. As it is written, the deliverer will come from Zion, he will banish ungodliness from Jacob.
Whom the son has set free is free indeed! Receive the ministry of Jesus Christ “the Deliverer” today!
I am a Wall of Fire. – Zechariah 2:5
…for I, says the Lord, will be to her a wall of fire round about, and I will be the glory in the midst of her.
The ancient Arabs built watch fires for protection around their camps, but Jesus Christ the Messiah will be a wall of fire to Jerusalem and a canopy of “glory in the midst of her.” Today, He is the same Jesus, and He is the same wall of fire! Will you trust him to be your protection?
Do you want him to be a canopy of “glory in your life”? Just believe and receive by faith!
I am a sure foundation. – Isaiah 28:16
Therefore thus says the Lord God, Behold, I am laying in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone of sure foundation; he who believes (trusts in, relies on, and adheres to that stone) will not be ashamed or give way or hasten away [in sudden panic].”
If you are building anything, you need a firm base. Isaiah speaks of a foundation, a cornerstone that will be laid in Zion. This cornerstone is the messiah, the foundation on whom we build our lives. Is your life built on the flimsy base of your own successes or dreams? Or is it set on a firm foundation? Jesus Christ the messiah is saying to you today: “I am your stability!” May it be done unto you according to His Word!
I am a great light. – Isaiah 9:2
The people who walked in darkness have seen a great Light; those who dwelt in the land of intense darkness and the shadow of death, upon them has the Light shined.
The Apostle John referred to Jesus as “The Light” (John 1:9). Jesus referred to Himself as “The Light of the World” (John 8:12). Psalm 119:105 says:
Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
To walk safely in the woods at night we need light, so we don’t trip over roots or fall in holes. In this life, we walk through a dark forest of evil. But the Bible can be our light to show us the way ahead, so we won’t stumble as we walk. It reveals the entangling roots of false values and philosophies. Study the word of God so you will be able to see your way clear enough to stay on the right path. Continue to be strong in the Lord and the power of his might!
I am the bread of life. – John 6:35
Jesus replied, I am the Bread of Life. He who comes to Me will never be hungry, and he who believes in and cleaves to and trust in, and relies on Me will never thirst anymore (at any time).
People eat bread to satisfy physical hunger and to sustain physical life. We can satisfy hunger, and sustain spiritual life only by a right relationship with Jesus Christ. No wonder he called himself the “bread of life”. But bread must be eaten to sustain life, and Christ must be invited into our daily walk to sustain spiritual life.
Jesus told Satan in Matthew 4:4:
Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
Without nourishment, we can’t grow; we won’t bear fruit.
I am the way, the truth, and the life. – John 14:5-6 (NIV)
Thomas said to Him, “Lord we don’t know where we are going, so how can we know the way?”
Jesus answered, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
This is one of the most basic and important passages in scripture. How can we know the way to God? Only through Jesus! Jesus is the way because he is both God and man. By uniting our lives with his, we are united with God. Trust Jesus to take you to the Father, and all the benefits of being God’s child will be yours.
God’s way to Himself is wide enough for the whole world, if the world chooses to accept it. Instead of worrying about how limited it sounds to have only one way, we should be saying, “thank you God, for providing a sure way to get to you!” To you my brothers and sisters in Christ, I say, continue to be strong in the Lord and the power of his might.
